Our main business is commercial printing, ranging from business cards to letterheads and books, including self-carbonizing business forms (NCR), logs, etc. We have expanded into laser engraving, where our focus is rubber stamps and metal engraving. We also do foiling, labels, and vinyl sticker cutting/engraving.

West Rand Rubber Stamp was established in 1977, and we have been in business for 44 years. We

originally started with only rubber stamps, and through the years expanded into a wide variety of

manufacturing, such as printing books and labels. We have also expanded into laser engraving, and currently

have plans to enter the CNC router engraving and manufacturing market.

Our main aim is to perfectly manufacture what you, the customer, request. We aim to do this competently and in a cost-effective way.

We value quality above all else and strive to continuously improve our work. We will make every effort to

meet all your expectations and establish a long-term relationship with you.

Our vision is to have a stable position in the printing market, while expanding into a variety of other markets,

by being competitive in prices and proficient in keeping our clients happy.

Our mission is to market our services more actively and to establish a line of communication between us and the customers to better understand their needs, and by doing so creating a loyal customer base which is beneficial to all parties.

Our main goal for 2021 is to create a Covid-proof environment where our customers can communicate with ease and do business on an modern, upmarket, platform that will leave them fully satisfied.

Printing

For your printing needs, we have a few options to choose from. We print on both litho and digital

machines, giving you many options toward cost effective printing. Our main selling point of printing is our determination to always deliver the highest quality, and every step of the printing process is well supervised, leaving only unspoiled, pristine quality. Specialised printing processes like hot metal stamping (gold foiling) and die cutting (box making) can be done on request.

Engraving

Our Epilog CO2 Laser Engraver can accommodate material as well as objects of a size of 800 x 500 x 300 mm. We also have a rotary device for engraving on cylindrical items like glasses and bottles. With the E-view system low volume digital printing can be cut or engraved in register.

Stamps

Here at West Rand Rubber Stamp we offer a wide variety of rubber stamps, with our most popular and widely demanded brand, Trodat. We also manufacture text plates for Collop self-inking stamps, and Shiny stamps.

We can make custom stamp handles, for those who need a stamp size not commonly found elsewhere. If you simply just need a new text plate, or ink pad, we will assist you. Rather than just buying a brand-new stamp, we can replace your text plate at a much cheaper rate!

We also sell second-hand stamps at a lower cost, but these are only available while stocks last.

What We Do

Our long-term goal is to create a loyal customer base, with a system that gets new jobs processed, completed, and delivered with excellent quality within expected time frames.

Commercial Printing

We have a wide variety of paper, and we can cut and print on business card size up to A0. We have 40 years of experience in litho, digital and letterpress printing.
